2025 marks a significant milestone for the Matsuura Group as we proudly celebrate 90 years of pioneering innovation, craftsmanship, and dedication to our global community of loyal customers.
Established in 1935 in Fukui, Japan by visionary engineer Toshio Matsuura, our company was founded on a mission to deliver cutting-edge CNC manufacturing technology and engineering excellence.
That mission continues to define us today.
Now led by third-generation President Katsutoshi Matsuura and his son Yuto Matsuura, Matsuura remains at the forefront of all manufacturing industries that trust and rely on our state of the art fully automated multi-pallet, 4 and 5 axis CNC machine tools and hybrid LUMEX AM / CNC platforms.
Whilst we continue to expand our global reach in all high value manufacturing sectors, we stay true to the values and principles that have guided us since our inception.
Our commitment to sustainability is also deeply rooted in our established identity. Our logo reflects this ethos. The three vibrant green ovals represent Man, Earth, and Technology, while the 23.45-degree tilt of the logo mirrors the Earth’s axis—symbolising our dedication to work in harmony with the natural world and our commitment to balance, environmental responsibility, and sustainable stewardship for generations to come.
