For decades, we have operated from our UK headquarters in Coalville, Leicestershire - a continually evolving facility designed to support customers with the very best in machining innovation and service.

Our facility is home to a state-of-the-art CNC showroom and a dedicated Additive Manufacturing showroom, giving customers the opportunity to see demonstrations, compare technologies, and experience our machines in action.

We also house a Class 1000 Clean Room Spindle Facility, operated by a highly skilled team of UK engineers, all fully trained in Japan. This in-house capability allows us to repair and rebuild spindles to original factory standards with exceptional speed and precision.

To ensure downtime is kept to an absolute minimum, Matsuura maintains an on-site stock of over 20,000 original, factory-authorised spare parts, enabling our engineers to restore machines to full performance quickly and efficiently.

Our long-standing commitment to the future is also reflected in the building itself. Recent investments include roof-mounted solar panels, EV charging points, and continued improvements that help reduce our environmental impact while supporting sustainable operations.
