Matsuura’s Service Department is staffed by some of the most talented & knowledgeable Engineers in the business, all constantly receiving updated training & product updates from our parent company.
Trained to an impeccable standard, our Engineers have full working & technical knowledge across our whole product range – including Distributed Products.
Our service response is usually within 24 hours of logging a customer call & we not only strive to achieve that high level of service, we also invest substantially every year to maintain & improve our response. Out of hours service & telephone support is also available by prior arrangement.
