Just a short note to say how delighted we are with our recent acquisition of the Matsuura H Plus 405, and associated pallet handling system.
Often, we tend to only communicate when there is a problem, or to make a grumble, but I decided to break the mould and congratulate you in offering a good price on a good product....and, what has now proven to be excellent and professional installation and training. There are still a few minor outstanding issues, but I am confident these will get sorted out, promptly.
Paul Smith, our Machining Manager, has regained the smile on his face after worrying for several months about, have we ordered the right machine?....will it do what we want?....how difficult will it be to programme?....what snags will there be?...etc. etc. etc.
I gather you will be putting together a presentation, for when you go to Japan, in the new future.
I have asked our Press and Publications Manager (Tom McDougal) to assist your team in any way he can.
If you want to come up for a photo shoot...be my guest.
