New BT50 Horizontal - Twin 500mm Pallets

Matsuura unveil the latest addition to their globally acclaimed H.Plus Series of high productivity Horizontal Machining Centre's - a twin 500mm pallet, BT50 designated the H.Plus-500 possessing the largest working envelope in its class.

Designed from the ground up, the new H.Plus-500 sits in the middle of our globally acclaimed H.Plus Series of high productivity horizontals & will offer users the capability of machining a wide range of large or small components - at high speed maintaining high accuracy. The immense power from the Matsuura designed & built BT50 Hi-Tech Spindle assures phenomenal metal removal rates.

Basic specification is: 10,000rpm BT50 Matsuura Hi-Tech Spindle, 60 Tools, Matsuura G-Tech 30i NC, Rapids of 50M/min & Travels X / Y / Z of: 800mm.

A wide range of available options include: BT40 Spindles / Tool Stations ATC from 60 - 240 /Number of Pallets from  2, 5, 10, 17 or FMS.

The H.Plus-500 has a maximum working envelope of 850mm x H900.
