Matsuura UK is the spares holding centre for all customers in the European Union & we carry in excess of £2 million of OEM spares stock. This enables us to respond to urgent spares request within the day, often despatching required spares & consumables the same day.

The same ethos & investment in frontline customer spares applies to our UK Spindle stock. Replacement Matsuura Spindles, hand-built in the UK in our Class 1000 Spindle facility by Matsuura qualified engineers can be despatched to anywhere in Europe same day – should the need arise. All Spindles built in the UK are done so to exacting specifications & tolerances utilising only approved, certified & traceable OEM components.

These components, like our OEM Matsuura spares, are not available from any other UK outlet, supplier or independent service contractor.

As with all our UK departments, Matsuura's Service Department never uses third party subcontractors for any aspect of their duties.
