Specialist aerospace machinists Leemark have continued their 40 year relationship with Matsuura products with the purchase & installation of a new state of the art multi pallet 5 axis machine, their second such model in the last 3 years.

Leemark’s Brian Stockwell purchased their first Matsuura RAM Master 660 in 1971, paying cash for what he remembers to be “one of the most expensive machines of its time”. It also proved to be the most accurate, productive & reliable machine tool he had ever invested in.

The RAM Master 660 was unique for its time - a technology leader & fore runner of many successful Matsuura verticals. “It was a risk investing in unknown high technology” says Brian, “but that machine set the standard, built our reputation & attracted higher value work - the return on that machine was amazing & something that rings through the ages to the present day Matsuura products we invest in. They make money”

Leemark possess eight Matsuura machines - all engaged in producing close tolerance components for high tech industries. Brian continued: “Its not just the solid return we get from investing in Matsuura products - its the same hassle free reliability & service we continue to receive after all these decades as a Matsuura customer”.

Brian founded Leemark in 1967, & the company’s day to day business is now taken care of by his three sons - servicing the relationships their father built. Leemark can only be described as a highly successful precision, prototype & subcontract component engineering business supporting key players in aerospace, energy & satellite industries.
