Matsuura has a worldwide reputation for supplying products with proven & reliable unmanned CNC operation utilising the vast array of multi-pallet systems on our class leading horizontal machining centres - the H.Plus Series, & our globally renowned 5 axis products – the MAM72 Series.

The CUBLEX-Series have been designed & developed to address the key issues of reliable, sustainable & flexible milling & turning process integration whilst achieving previously unattainable levels of proven metal cutting productivity.

The unique feature of the CUBLEX Series is its seamless combination of multi tasking functionality & full simultaneous 5-axis operation integrated with large capacity pallet pools & tool storage options. Compared to any conventional lathe-based mill-turn, the CUBLEX maintains 100% milling performance coupled with proven turning capability.

This combination of proven milling & turning functionality with Matsuura’s renowned expertise in multi pallet systems & unmanned operations results in unparalleled, flexible & versatile productivity. Just as Matsuura’s MAM72 & H.Plus Series of multi pallet machine tools have attained & maintain a unique position in the armoury of precision component makers globally, Matsuura believe the same world renowned reputation will be achieved by the CUBLEX in its own right as a true multi tasking machine tool.

There is no equivalent competitor product to the Matsuura CUBLEX currently on the market.

The CUBLEX Series was fully launched 18 months ago with the release of the Cublex-25 after many months of rigorous & arduous testing in harsh, real world machining environments & it will shortly be followed by the CUBLEX-42 & CUBLEX-63 in the very near future after the same rigorous process of testing.

The CUBLEX-25 has a maximum component size of Ø250 × H250mm @ 40kg, whilst the CUBLEX-42 can mill & turn billets up to Ø420 mm x H350 mm @ 200kg. The CUBLEX-63 is still in its test phase & the final processing size of billets has not yet been decided.

Gibbs and Associates, developer of GibbsCAM®, computer-aided manufacturing software for programming CNC machine tools, and Matsuura Machinery Corporation, have collaborated to develop a version of GibbsCAM which fully supports the Matsuura CUBLEX Series. As a result from this collaboration, GibbsCAM will be able to provide Matsuura customers a factory-approved post processor and machine simulation model that is specific for the CUBLEX allowing them to put their investment immediately into production & profitability.
