Matsuura's Service Department never uses third part subcontractors for any aspect of their duties. Led by UK Service Manager Lawrence Berns, his department is staffed by 12 frontline Service Engineers, 3 Installation Engineers, 2 Telephone Technical Support Engineers, 1 Showroom Engineer, 2 Administration Staff & a Deputy Manager.
Matsuura guarantee a Service response visit within 24 hours of logging your call, if not before. Out of hours & weekend cover available by prior arrangement.
