Maintaining a permanent engineering department capable of managing all workload fluctuations is difficult to justify. Why worry about how to handle the engineering workload associated with that new work package that you've just won? As a consequence of defining the optimum production process, we understand the key performance drivers of the process, so let us engineer the process for you.  

Our proven selection of fixturing and tooling partners enable us to take on part of, or all of the engineering process.

In addition to conventional or hydraulic fixturing solutions, cutting tool selection and development, our engineers can produce the NC programs and prove out the process within our Turnkey Engineering area at our Leicestershire showroom facility. This ensures that when the machine is delivered and installed at your premises, the process can easily and quickly transfer into full production.

But not all engineering processes involve smaller working envelopes. As our range of machining centres span upto 60M long, our Turnkey engineering solutions are able to support these larger applications with confidence. For example, a recent investment for the manufacture of excavator components upto 4,500mm long and weighing 2,500kg utilised the proven capabilities of Matsuura's engineering personnel.
